The program shapes leaders who are capable of navigating complex environments, creating opportunities, and delivering business results.
The program is built on the 3E Leadership Development Model:
- Education - Structured leadership learning through immersive leadership huddles.
- Exposure - Executive coaching conversations with experienced facilitators.
- Experience - Real project work where participants apply learning to real business challenges.

Leadership Trust: Building Psychological Safety in Teams
Leaders play a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of their teams, particularly in how they build trust and foster psychological safety. This workshop, through engaging discussions and interactive activities, will help leaders understand the importance of psychological safety, identify current barriers, and explore practical strategies to enhance it for themselves and their teams.
At the end of the programme, participants will be able to
- Understand the relationship between trust, psychological safety, and team effectiveness.
- Apply the four stages of psychological safety and reflect on their current standing with their teams.
- Identify barriers that hinder the development of trust and psychological safety.
- Develop actionable ideas for creating a psychologically safe work environment.
