Senior Consultant, Cegos Asia Pacific
Leonard brings extensive experience across industries, most recently serving as Senior Director and Asia-Pacific Regional Head of Talent Management at Hilton Worldwide. He played a key role in developing and coaching leaders, designing leadership programmes, and driving talent initiatives such as succession planning, talent reviews, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to this, he spent over eight years at Barclays as Head of Learning and Development for Asia-Pacific, where he led leadership development, talent management, and executive coaching initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Leonard was a Senior Consultant with SHL, specialising in executive assessment and leadership development. He currently serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Singapore Management University and is affiliated with global institutions such as the Center for Creative Leadership and IMD. Leonard holds a Master’s degree from Sciences Po, France, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology.
