We are proud to collaborate with Ziya Muhamedcani as a Strategic Partner of Cegos in Japan. With over 30 years of international experience across Japan, the United States, and Asia, Ziya brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, and capability development. He began his career with the Carnation Company before taking on senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, leading Sales and Marketing functions across multiple markets.

In 1992, he founded Madison Company, delivering consulting and training services across Japan, the US, and Asia, and later established Sales Institute Japan in 2010, focusing on sales excellence tailored to the Japanese market. Over the course of his career, Ziya has delivered more than 500 classroom training sessions, conducted over 1,500 field coaching engagements, and trained more than 5,000 sales and marketing professionals. He is fluent in both English and Japanese, enabling him to support organisations with locally relevant, high-impact capability development aligned with global best practices.
Kazuya (Kaz) Araki
Strategic Partner (Japan)
We are pleased to collaborate with Kazuya (Kaz) Araki as a Strategic Partner of Cegos in Japan. Kaz brings extensive international business experience across both Japanese and foreign-affiliated companies, spanning B2B and B2C sectors. During his tenure with a Sony Group audio equipment manufacturer, he led sales and marketing across Southeast Asia and China, driving new market entry and business development.

Over an eight-year period, he successfully built and structured local sales teams and established regional sales frameworks. After completing business school and returning to Japan, Kaz spent approximately 16 years in senior leadership roles, including Head of Sales & Marketing and later Representative Director (Country Manager) for several U.S. and German multinational subsidiaries. During this time, he led major organisational integrations and transformations, including post-M&A initiatives, strengthening business performance and market positioning.
