Practice-based workshop for leadership teams. Each organisation can send a team of 2–3, including at least one HR leader.

The AI era has arrived, and organisations are expected to transform by putting AI to work. This is not a software upgrade. It is a whole-company transformation that reaches every level, and it only works when the leadership team leads it and role-models the change. The usual assumption is that leaders are ready and willing. But what if the leadership team itself is being stretched by the change? What should they do, and whom can they turn to? This short, intensive, practice-based workshop with John Antony explores the challenges leaders face when driving the AI agenda, and equips your team with best practices, practical tips and proven techniques to work through them.

Why attend

The questions your leadership team is already asking

  • The readiness gap. Your organisation expects leaders to drive AI adoption. Are your leaders equipped for it, or are they learning on the job in front of their teams?
  • The role-model problem. Transformation needs leaders who visibly change first. What does that look like when the leaders themselves are unsure?
  • The support question. When the leadership team feels the strain of change, whom do they turn to, and how do you build that support inside the company?
  • The roadmap. Beyond tools and pilots, what is the leadership engagement plan that actually carries the organisation through?

Programme

Practice, not theory

In two hours, John Antony works with your leadership team on the real issues you bring into the room. The session surfaces the leadership challenges of AI-driven change, draws out your organisation's own issues, and leaves you with practical advice and a potential roadmap for leadership engagement. Because each organisation comes as a team, you leave with a shared view, not individual notes.
