Learning Bites – Effective Communication
The main aim of this session is enable you to use a variety of skills associated with effective communication. It focuses on how you can be perceived by others and how to ensure you establish and maintain a strong relationship. Listening is a key skill in communication and you will reflect on your ability to hear and understand. You will learn an assertive approach to communicating, and how to avoid being passive, aggressive or manipulative. And in a world of competing pressures, you will learn the art of cooperation and mutuality.
