Teaching experience began in 2001 as a Software Engineering Lecturer at London South Bank University. From 2012 to 2016, managed three software development projects at MIMOS Berhad. Since 2016, has delivered technical training and workshops as Principal Trainer with Marc & Zed Training Pte Ltd (Singapore) and Marc & Zed SPACES (Malaysia), covering AI, GenAI, FullStack development, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, data analytics, UX and digital & leadership transformation.
Since 2023, has conducted Agentic AI, AI Workflow, GenAI and Prompt Engineering programmes involving ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Notion (N8N), Zapier and Microsoft Co-Pilot for major corporate and public-sector clients. Conducts Nurture Development Programmes and leadership skills programmes covering personal branding, resumes, online resumes, video resumes, LinkedIn networking, digital communication, high-impact managerial skills, effective communication, email writing, motivation and interview techniques.
