Cegos Group and Imerys win a Brandon Hall Silver Award

We are very proud to announce that Cegos Group and Imerys have won a coveted Brandon Hall Group SILVER Award in the “Best Advance in Leadership Development” category.It is a fantastic recognition for the learning programme called “Meet My Team” created by Cegos Group and Imerys.“Lead My Team”: OverviewTo support a new strategy related to its industrial activities, Imerys decided to develop the leadership skills of its employees.Imerys decided to partner up with Cegos to set up the highly interactive "Lead My Team" training programme. Cegos designed and implemented an international training programme for all group supervisors. It combines Cegos' management tools and expertise with case studies developed by Imerys.The specificity of the "Lead My Team" course is that it is based on an integrated approach that goes well beyond time spent in class. It involves following e-learning modules and implementing a management-oriented, safety or continuous improvement project. Managers are on board to support participants before and during their training. To conclude the training, projects are presented in front of a jury for validation. When all steps are completed, participants receive their Lead My Team certificate.Deployment is being implemented within three years. Training sessions already took place in 8 countries, all of them delivered in local language by local trainers. By the end of the deployment, over 1 000 supervisors are expected to have attended the training in 20 different countries.According to Cristina Hurgon, Talent manager for the Industrial Function, Imerys:“Improving Safety is a key priority for Imerys.
