Published on : 13/09/2021

This year's Brandon Hall Excellence Awards rewarded three projects developed and implemented by Cegos with its clients William Grant & Sons, Transdev and Navantia.

The best achievements in the field of human capital management are rewarded each year by the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards. This is one of the most prestigious international awards programmes in the area.

William Grant & Sons and Cegos won Gold in the "Excellence in learning" category

"Essentials of Leadership, the winning project of William Grant & Sons , a Scottish spirits distiller, is a global leadership training programme. It is targeted at first-time leaders in over 15 countries. The programme blends face to face, virtual, and digital sessions, and is designed to ensure the learning is translated to the workplace.

Transdev Group and Cegos won silver in the "Best Sales Program for Sales Training and Performance" category

"Gaining Clients for Life" is a blended and international training programme implemented within Transdev, a French transport group. The aim is to strengthen the links between stakeholders in order to win and retain B-to-B and B-to-G (business to government) customers.

Navantia and Cegos win bronze in the "Best Advance in Leadership Development" category

"Change" is the new leadership model redefined and redeployed by Cegos for Navantia, a Spanish state-owned shipbuilding company. The company is anticipating a generational renewal within its management teams. Built in three phases, the training deployed in Spain and Australia is targeted at both white and blue collar workers.
