Rachna Sampayo is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Oracle Corp, APAC and JAPAN based in Singapore.
An established HR Leader, Rachna’s forte is in enabling businesses achieve real outcomes through innovative human capital strategies. Rachna has over 30 years of experience across industries and geographies ranging from Middle East & Africa to Australia, Japan and AsiaPacific. A thought leader, Rachna has led transformation initiatives for businesses including leadership transformation, redefining recruiting and talent retention strategies as well as creating diversity & inclusion frameworks. She believes that authentic leadership, brand credibility, agility and diversity are the forces that will shape the new workplace. Rachna has been with Oracle for over 13 years, she has also worked with other technology MNC’s including Microsoft, Nokia and HP.

Kaustav serves as the Global Chief Human Resource Officer for HOYA Vision Care, a leader in optical technology innovation and one of the world’s largest spectacle lens manufacturers. Based in Singapore, he leads a 200-strong global organisation of Human Resource and General Administration professionals who work closely with the executive leadership of his organisation to create and deliver their people strategy around the world.
In his previous assignment with Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning Inc., Kaustav served as Executive Director for Global Human Resources. Before that, at the Lenovo Group, he served in multiple roles including as the HR Director for South-East Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea, and before that as the Asia Pacific Director for People & Organisational Capability. He has also played leadership roles at Accenture, Ernst & Young, Robert Bosch and Infosys in his earlier career.
Kaustav has two master’s degrees in business administration and counselling psychology. He brings to the table over 25 years of HR experience, with deep domain expertise in Leadership and Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness, and international HR leadership experience of over a decade.

Zach Wilson

Zach Wilson is the CEO of AlfaTech Asia and has a wealth of experience in engineering, construction, and real estate development. He is adept at project execution in emerging markets and specializes in clean technology, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and hi-tech projects.
Before setting up AlfaTech Asia in 2010, Zach developed numerous mixed-use real estate projects throughout the Asia Pacific region and over 2 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate projects in San Franciso. His customer- and people-oriented approach ensures his dedication to each project.
Zach's expertise extends across US GBC LEED and Singapore Green Mark standards. As a member of CoreNet Global and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), he continues to contribute to the industry. He holds an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering (2005) from Stanford University and a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology (2003) from Montana State University.
Through his mentoring work and internship programs with Singapore Universities, Zach encourages young students to be purposeful and passionate in their work.

Shawn currently heads the office for CEGOS Asia Pacific – part of CEGOS Group -a leader in Global Learning & Development (since 1926).
An entrepreneurial leader, he leads with empathy and a servant leader attitude. He oversees the regional P&L, business development and training operations in APAC, together with a dynamic team of talents.
Shawn began his unconventional career in network marketing 17 years ago, before venturing into multiple businesses, sales and managerial roles. He then pivoted into training & development 10 years ago, as a Sales Trainer & Facilitator and ran his own L&D Consultancy practice in Singapore and Malaysia before joining Cegos APAC as a Regional Sales Trainer & Key Account Business Partner in late 2018.

CP Tham (SHRM-SCP)
Representative & Master Facilitator, South-East Asia SHRM
CP is a HR Leader based in Singapore with more than 15 years of combined experience in HR Business Partnering, Learning, Talent and Organisation Development locally and regionally in Asia.
A SHRM-SCP, he has also been supporting the offsite and onsite content development for SHRM since 2016, spoken at SHRM conferences and was appointed in 2019 as the SHRM Representative and Master Facilitator in South-East Asia, supporting the strategic partnership with the Institute of HR Professionals, a local HR accreditation body and to support SHRM’s outreach in Singapore and the regional countries.
He is also active in providing consultancy, training and facilitated workshops to corporates, government agencies and non-profit organisations, lectures in the evenings and weekends at a local HR institute and holds multiple global accreditations through his work and assignments in areas such as change management, organisation, learning and career development. Besides being a SHRM-SCP, CP is also an accredited senior HR professional in Singapore, the UK, Australia and Canada and volunteers in various capacities, such as being a mentor to younger HR professionals and being involved in upholding professional and ethical standards.
